How often do I need an oil change?
It used to be customary to change the oil every 3,000 miles, but thanks to the advancements in lubricants, most engines nowadays have suggested oil change intervals of 5,000 to 7,500 miles. And if your car's engine requires full-synthetic motor oil, it's possible to extend that interval to a remarkable 15,000 miles between services!
Is it bad if I do not get an oil change?
